I was selling office supplies in NYC (picture an Asian Jim Halpert from The Office) until one day I walked into Traum Safe's showroom and impressed the owner with my pitch for a box of paper at $28.99. I was interviewed on the spot and hired the next day.
What's the product?
Traum Safe manufactures and sells high-end, swiss-made, and customizable safes for residential use.
What did I do?
Handled all sales, production management, Q/A, operations, and marketing regarding the product. Directly interact with customers and internal stakeholders including CEO, engineering teams, UX/UI, and investors to communicate customer concerns and end user behaviors.
